Shipping Options
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouses located in the United States and Nigeria according to a criterion of stock, availability, and readiness to respond.
NOTE: all orders placed on this website can be returned to our USA warehouse.
What is your processing time?
Orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday EST (Eastern Time) will be processed within 24 - 48 hours pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm (EST) will begin processing the following business day (This excludes Saturday Sunday and Holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery. We use USPS & DHL for all orders.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation.
Once we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify CHICNICITY’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The CHICNICITY Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
CHICNICITY may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it; pricing errors; credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
CHICNICITY may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order.
If CHICNICITY cancels an order after you have already been billed, CHICNICITY will refund the billed amount.
Domestic Shipping Methods and Costs.
U.S.A & Canada orders are shipped using USPS Express Mail (2 - 4 days) or Priority mail (3 - 5 days). Cost is based on delivery service, price and weight of item, insurance and destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process. Shipping can be tracked with a USPS or DH tracking number. Please allow one day to receive a tracking number. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.
Shipping Rates Duties and Taxes
Shipping rates are based on delivery service, price, insurance and weight of item and destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process. We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Lost Packages
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond CHICNICITY's control once it leaves our facilities, CHICNICITY cannot be held liable for late or lost deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
Refused Shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from chicnicity.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to chicnicity.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
