We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 5 days after delivery of your items.
After 5 days, we might no longer accept returns or exchange.
RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICIES
Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 5 days after delivery.
Returned items must have not been worn, altered, or washed.
NOTE: all orders placed on this website can be returned to our USA warehouse.
Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or color only within 5 days after delivery. Exchanges are not available for international orders.
NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable
We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.
Can I return a sale item?
Sale items are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Non - Returnables
Clearance items and hair accessories may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment, as items in these conditions won’t be accepted.
How do I return an item?
Click here to Start a Refund or Exchange. Items must be shipped within 48 hours of submitting the return/exchange forms.
Follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form included in your package. Securely pack and seal the items and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send back to us using an insured service to the address provided.
NOTE: We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
We track the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your CHICNICITY account.
